What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
You can also pay with a check or cash in advance, but we may need a credit card to keep on file for future charges.
Generally, we charge you for the delivery, any moving supplies purchased, and the first month’s rent for the mobile storage container just before the initial delivery. Then we charge your card for each month’s rent on or near your rental monthly start date. We charge for any moves or final pickup or deliveries of your box from our warehouse just prior to performing the service.
We are very big on not surprising our customers with unexpected charges. Tell us what you want to do, and we’ll tell you the cost up front. We don’t make our money by charging surprise fees. We will email you a quote before we deliver or charge anything if you like. Just ask!
