After a very negative experience with a nationally-known mobile storage company, we turned to the Dula’s Mi-Box Storage for help. When I was surprised with a divorce, MI-Box came to my rescue as a fast economical solution to store all my belongings and keep them close by. Carey Dula was very nice and extremely helpful. My first Mi-Box rested in my Mother’s driveway for some 6+ months, while I lived and cared for her during her fatal illness, and waited for my divorce to finalize. Then once my mother passed away, I rented an additional Mi-Box to clean out her home & combine households. 2012 was an awful year personally but I did manage to buy another house to get a new start. Unfortunately the move to the new house didn’t go smoothly; although I had several scheduled closing dates – I also had several canceled closing dates, which ment my life remained in limbo. It’s kinda of hard to schedule a move with Mi-Box, Set up Utilities and get a crew when you can’t get a good date, my closing experience was just another misfortune to top off my year! When the actual successful closing date did finally happen, it was at a moments notice , on a Friday morning just before a holiday weekend and EVERYONE was moving that weekend so Mi-Box’s scheduled was booked, which meant that my move would be delayed more days until after the holiday. Carey Dula was sympathetic to all my ongoing misfortunes and went above and beyond the call of duty working until after 9:30PM that same Friday night to get both of Mi-Boxes moved so that I could move during the holdiay weekend. Mi-Box is Exceptional!!! I am blessed to have had them come to my rescue twice and would recommend them to anyone with a need for safe storage and great service. Delivered on-time and in the exact location i wanted it. The driver called on the way to let me know his exact delivery time – very convenient.
